Back from France & what a trip to remember

What another brilliant weeks fishing at Milan de Rouchec in France. The weather was cracking & the fishing was too! Everyone who went had a mint time & can't wait to go there again. Out of the seven people who went four of us beat our personal bests with carp up to 41lb 14oz as it happens the biggest was caught by me (Dougie) on a single 14mm Richworths KG1 boilie. There were two other forty pounders caught too at 40lb 4oz & 41lb 6oz & plenty of thirties & twenties. This is the third time I've been to Milan de Rouchec & this time plenty of sturgeon showed their funny faces too. I had forteen altogether with the biggest being 25lb 4oz again caught on 14mm KG1 boilie one sunny afternoon, it was a monster. The majority of the sturgeon were caught at night using luncheon meat & averaged around the 20lb mark.
